陳厚早(青年拔尖人才)



陳厚早Hou-Zao Chen,男,1978年出生,生化與分子生物學(xué)專業(yè)博士。中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所研究員,2013年破格為博士生導(dǎo)師。從事心血管疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制的研究,側(cè)重聯(lián)系衰老和代謝研究表觀遺傳修飾酶在心血管疾病中的作用。率先闡述SIRTUIN1SIRT1在心血管系統(tǒng)的功能和作用分子機(jī)制,表明SIRTUIN家族分子可成為抗心血管疾病的潛在靶點(diǎn);共發(fā)表SCI研究論文和綜述文章等70余篇總影響因子已逾500分,包括通訊(含共同)發(fā)表Nat Cell Biol, J Exp Med, Circ, Eur Heart J, Aging Cell30篇,引用3000次,授權(quán)專利4項(xiàng),2 F1000 推薦,Nat Cell Biol5次同期評(píng)論。
