王曉月
王曉月,2010年博士畢業(yè)于約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院生物化學(xué)系。2010年到2013年在芝加哥大學(xué)基因組學(xué)和系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)研究所進(jìn)行博士后研究。2014年被聘為“協(xié)和學(xué)者”特聘教授。現(xiàn)任基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所生物信息中心主任,課題組隸屬于醫(yī)學(xué)分子生物學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。
課題組研究方向為功能基因組學(xué)和生物信息學(xué),主要致力于開發(fā)新的方法高通量研究腫瘤中基因變異的功能,為癌癥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測和精確診療提供新的依據(jù)。一方面通過整合已有的大量基因組學(xué)和臨床數(shù)據(jù),挖掘與癌癥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、癌癥治療相關(guān)的突變位點(diǎn);另一方面開發(fā)并使用高通量實(shí)驗(yàn)方法檢測腫瘤中變異的功能,研究突變與基因間、基因與基因間以及基因與藥物間的相互作用,尋找可能的藥物靶點(diǎn)和治療方法。
實(shí)驗(yàn)室注重新的基因組學(xué)技術(shù)和生物信息學(xué)方法的融合,2014年建立以來,已匯聚了一支來自不同專業(yè)背景的交叉學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì),建成了包括高通量測序技術(shù)、基因編輯、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘及算法開發(fā),以及細(xì)胞和類器官模型的完整研究平臺。
