研究領(lǐng)域與方向

神經(jīng)干細胞經(jīng)歷了精確的基因表達變化才最終發(fā)育成復雜的神經(jīng)系統。我們實(shí)驗室綜合利用分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、細胞生物學(xué)、小鼠遺傳學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)手段,研究神經(jīng)發(fā)育過(guò)程中基因表達的轉錄調控和轉錄后調控機制。具體而言,我們關(guān)注以下問(wèn)題:(1)神經(jīng)發(fā)育相關(guān)的基因如何被轉錄激活和抑制;(2)這些基因在轉錄成RNA之后如何被識別、監測和調控;(3)這些精巧的生物學(xué)過(guò)程如何做被在特定亞神經(jīng)細胞結構內(例如軸突或突觸)內發(fā)生;(4)在異常狀態(tài)下(例如腫瘤),神經(jīng)基因會(huì )在其他組織中表達、修飾、并引發(fā)嚴重疾病(如副腫瘤綜合征),那么病變的細胞內基因調控發(fā)生了哪些缺陷才導致神經(jīng)基因的異位表達?
