張衛奇,生物醫學(xué)工程系課題組長(cháng),副研究員,碩士生導師;

2004.09-2008.07于湖南師范大學(xué)生物技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;

2008.09-2013.07于北京協(xié)和醫學(xué)院生物醫學(xué)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)獲博士學(xué)位;

2014.02-2018.12 在康奈爾大學(xué)醫學(xué)院放射醫學(xué)系做博士后研究;

2019.02加入中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎醫學(xué)研究所&北京協(xié)和醫學(xué)院基礎學(xué)院生物醫學(xué)工程系,任課題組長(cháng)。目前,作為負責人承擔了北京市科技新星計劃、中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院創(chuàng )新工程子課題、協(xié)和青年基金和國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室自主課題等課題任務(wù)。


 

研究方向:

課題組主要研究領(lǐng)域為藥物遞送與分子影像,旨在利用基礎醫學(xué)、生物學(xué)、藥學(xué)與材料學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉的研究手段,提高腫瘤等疾病治療和診斷的效率。相關(guān)成果已在ACS NanoBiomaterials Journal of Controlled Release ACS Materials LettersCarbohydrate Polymers等專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊發(fā)表論文35篇,其中第一作者/通訊作者(含共同)論文22篇。申請中國專(zhuān)利3項,參與制定中國國家標準2項。近期課題組研究方向將主要包括

1)以藥物-天然生物大分子相互作用為基礎的納米藥物載體設計和應用。

2)多功能納米藥物在腫瘤成像與治療中的應用。

3)納米生物材料(藥物載體)的細胞生物學(xué)效應。

 

教學(xué)工作:

研究生課程《生物醫學(xué)光學(xué)》課程負責人,另外承擔了八年制4+4臨床醫學(xué)試點(diǎn)班研究生《生物醫學(xué)工程》《納米醫學(xué)概論》生物物理學(xué)生理學(xué)的物理分析課程的部分授課任務(wù)。

2012年于中國科學(xué)院化學(xué)研究所獲博士學(xué)位。2012-2020年于中國科學(xué)院化學(xué)研究所任助理研究員。2020年加入中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎醫學(xué)研究所任助理研究員。主要研究方向為腫瘤光動(dòng)力治療,迄今已在Journal of Medicinal ChemistryCarbohydrate PolymersJournal of Biomedical NanotechnologyDyes and Pigments 等期刊發(fā)表論文10余篇,申請中國專(zhuān)利3項。

 

 


張憶一,博士,助理研究員

20211月博士畢業(yè)于北京科技大學(xué)化學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),同年9加入中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎醫學(xué)研究所任助理研究員。主要研究方向為納米藥物載體與光熱治療應用,迄今已在Nano Today, Advanced Healthcare MaterialsAnalytica Chimica Acta等期刊發(fā)表論文10余篇。
