生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)系

李雋




李雋,籍貫河北,本科畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)醫學(xué)部基礎醫學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),2010年在美國Texas A&M University 獲得生物化學(xué)與生物物理博士學(xué)位。2010-2018年師從于哈佛醫學(xué)院遺傳系David Sinclair教授進(jìn)行博士后研究。20188月至今,受聘于中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎醫學(xué)研究所/北京協(xié)和醫學(xué)院基礎醫學(xué)院,目前擔任生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)系課題組長(cháng),研究員。2018年入選中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院/北京協(xié)和醫學(xué)院 “高端科技人才”引進(jìn)專(zhuān)項支持計劃“優(yōu)秀青年人才”。

本課題組主要從事衰老的分子機制和抗衰老干預方法的研究和應用。具體研究方向包括:

     1NAD代謝對衰老進(jìn)程的調控

     2)細胞衰老的發(fā)生機制及調控

     3DNA損傷/修復對細胞及機體水平衰老的影響和調控

 

      目前課題組成員包括助研1名,技術(shù)員2名 ,實(shí)驗室管理員1人,碩士研究生5人,博士生2人。計劃招聘助理研究員1名(研究崗),博士后1, 同時(shí)也歡迎對衰老研究有興趣的本科生或研究生進(jìn)行交換培養或實(shí)習。
