        劉雁勇,教授,博士生導師,現任中國藥理學(xué)會(huì )抗衰老與老年癡呆專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )委員,中國老年學(xué)及老年醫學(xué)學(xué)會(huì )老年病學(xué)分會(huì )認知障礙專(zhuān)家委員會(huì )委員,中國研究型醫院學(xué)會(huì )神經(jīng)再生與修復專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )委員,北京藥理學(xué)會(huì )理事,北京藥理學(xué)會(huì )心腦血管藥理專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )委員、北京藥理學(xué)會(huì )神經(jīng)精神藥理專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )常務(wù)委員。
        課題組致力于神經(jīng)精神疾患和腫瘤發(fā)病機制和創(chuàng )新藥物的研究,承擔、參與包括科技重大專(zhuān)項、國家重大科學(xué)研究計劃課題及國家重點(diǎn)基礎研究發(fā)展計劃(973計劃)等課題,已獲5項國家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利授權。申請國際專(zhuān)利1項,目前已獲韓國授權,歐洲、美國、日本專(zhuān)利在審查中。
        課題組具有良好的原代細胞及細胞系培養、動(dòng)物模型建立及行為學(xué)評價(jià)等研究平臺及技術(shù)儲備,研究策略集成藥理、藥化、藥分、藥劑以及生物學(xué)等交叉學(xué)科。


研究興趣與方向:

(1)神經(jīng)精神藥理學(xué): 關(guān)注抑郁癥、神經(jīng)退行性疾病的發(fā)病機制及創(chuàng )新藥物研究。采用包括蛋白組學(xué)、平面微陣列電極等技術(shù),重點(diǎn)研究神經(jīng)環(huán)路重建、突觸發(fā)生與疾病發(fā)生的關(guān)系,并探討新干預靶點(diǎn)及創(chuàng )新藥物的設計與評價(jià)。
        (2)腫瘤藥理學(xué):利用多肽偶聯(lián)、納米等技術(shù),發(fā)展新型腫瘤分子靶向藥物;關(guān)注精神、免疫等因素在腫瘤發(fā)生、發(fā)展中的作用。
