中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎醫學(xué)研究所流行病與衛生統計學(xué)系 研究員 博士生導師。中國協(xié)和醫科大學(xué)流行病與衛生統計學(xué)博士，Johns Hopkins大學(xué)公共衛生學(xué)院遺傳流行病學(xué)系博士后。先后作為課題或子課題負責人承擔過(guò)科技部“十一五”、“十二五”、“十三五”傳染病重大專(zhuān)項、國家自然科學(xué)基金、衛生部行業(yè)基金、教育部博士點(diǎn)基金新教師類(lèi)、美國中華醫學(xué)會(huì )、美國施貴寶基金會(huì )、吳階平基金會(huì )等多項國家或國際級課題。以第一作者（或并列第一）、通訊作者（或并列通訊）在Nature genetics, Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Molecular Carcinogenesis, Hepatobiliary Surg Nutrition, Clinical nutrition等雜志發(fā)表多篇包括肝病在內的消化系統疾病等的高質(zhì)量文章，目前在SCI收錄的雜志中發(fā)表論文70余篇,其中第一作者或通訊作者50余篇。先后獲中國協(xié)和醫科大學(xué)中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀博士論文獎，中華醫學(xué)科技進(jìn)步獎二等獎，教育部高等學(xué)校科學(xué)研究成果獎二等獎，北京市優(yōu)秀人才資助等獎勵。
主要研究方向：
圍繞我國目前最重要的兩大肝病，慢性乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis B virus, HBV）感染及非酒精性脂肪性肝病（non-alcoholic fatty liver disease，NAFLD），明確慢性HBV感染與NAFLD的相互作用及對不良硬終點(diǎn)的影響，探索內外環(huán)境暴露與上述疾病及其不良結局發(fā)生機制；為實(shí)現對慢性HBV感染者及NAFLD的精準預防和治療，降低不良結局的發(fā)生和死亡率提供適合我國國情的預防與控制策略。在上述研究基礎上，開(kāi)展基于電子病歷數據庫和人群隊列的大數據挖掘的方法學(xué)探究。
