導師簡(jiǎn)介:

蔣澄宇,中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎醫學(xué)研究所研究員,北京協(xié)和醫學(xué)院教授。畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)生物系,獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;美國布朗大學(xué)醫學(xué)院病理與實(shí)驗室藥學(xué)系,獲博士學(xué)位。隨后于哈佛醫學(xué)院麻省總醫院從事博士后工作。蔣澄宇回國后致力于植物藥新組分小RNA的藥理學(xué)及呼吸系統肺損傷相關(guān)疾病研究。發(fā)現了草藥新的有效成分小RNA以脂質(zhì)湯劑體形式進(jìn)入機體的遞送方式,闡述了植物來(lái)源小RNA的藥效機理。解析了不同病原體引起的病死率高達20%-50%的嚴重呼吸窘迫綜合癥(ARDS)的分子機制,提出了臨床診斷或干預方法。研究論文發(fā)表在NatureNature MedicineMolecular PsychiatryCell ResearchNature Communications等雜志,連續5年入選愛(ài)思唯爾中國高被引學(xué)者榜單。蔣澄宇現任中國生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì )副理事長(cháng),北京市生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì )理事長(cháng)。先后獲得國家杰出青年基金,中國青年女科學(xué)家等榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號,是973研究計劃呼吸系統疾病領(lǐng)域項目的首席科學(xué)家。


 

實(shí)驗室簡(jiǎn)介:

實(shí)驗室自從2003年建立以來(lái),長(cháng)期致力于呼吸系統肺損傷相關(guān)疾病的致病機理的研究和藥物研發(fā)。闡述了SARS冠狀病毒,禽流感H5N1,甲流,和艾博拉等病毒和微納米細顆粒物引發(fā)致病的分子機理。研究成果發(fā)表在《自然》、《自然·醫學(xué)》、《自然·通訊》、和《科學(xué)·信號》等雜志上。曾獲得中, , 歐盟等國專(zhuān)利,并曾獨家轉讓給世界排名前五名的制藥公司和歐盟的生物技術(shù)公司。目前課題組有教授1名,副研究員1名,助理研究員1名,高級技師1名,博士后2名,技術(shù)員2名,研究生10余名。
