課題組研究方向:細胞代謝調控與代謝物感知。(1)研究不同生理及病理條件下細胞代謝途徑的調控機制;(2)關(guān)鍵代謝物的感知機制與新功能探索。主要利用細胞、生化、分子生物學(xué)手段和小鼠模型來(lái)探索不同生理及病理條件下代謝調控的規律,揭示多種重大代謝疾病中如糖尿病、脂肪肝、癌癥、心血管疾病等代謝紊亂的原因及其致病機制,通過(guò)研究希望能為重大代謝疾病的治療發(fā)現新策略或新靶點(diǎn)。
主要研究成果:在Nature Metabolism (2022, 2021), Nature Communications (2018), EMBO Rep (2022, 20211),Science Bulletin (2019),JBC (2017), Nature (2013), Nature Cell Biology (2013, 2011)等期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文20余篇。
