范恩國

范恩國,男,博士。2008年獲德國馬丁-路德大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2008-2010 年,在德國弗萊堡大學(xué)醫學(xué)院進(jìn)行博士后研究; 2010-2017年歷任弗萊堡大學(xué)醫學(xué)院助理研究員/課題組長(cháng)及研究員(PI),期間參與或主持多項德國國家(DFG)課題,總經(jīng)費近200萬(wàn)歐元,并與德國、法國、挪威、奧地利、瑞典、日本等國以及國內的多個(gè)課題組開(kāi)展了密切合作。已培養博士1(Summa Cum Laude畢業(yè)),醫學(xué)博士1人,碩士數人并指導博士后2人;20173月起,任中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院/北京協(xié)和醫學(xué)院協(xié)和學(xué)者特聘教授,任職于病原生物學(xué)系。


鑒于革蘭氏陰性菌外膜上的β-桶狀蛋白在細菌的免疫原性、致病性和耐藥性方面的重要作用,以及其位于陰性菌的最外層因而更易為相關(guān)藥物識別并結合的特點(diǎn),因此外膜桶狀蛋白是非常理想的新型抗生素作用靶點(diǎn)。故本課題組的研究方向為膜蛋白的生成與演化以及蛋白質(zhì)的跨膜轉運機理,具體為革蘭氏陰性菌外膜β-桶狀蛋白的膜整合與演化和病原蛋白跨細菌外膜的轉運機理研究; 以外膜蛋白為靶點(diǎn)的新型抗生素開(kāi)發(fā)(包括天然產(chǎn)物的分離分析及基于此的藥物篩選) ; 基于蛋白質(zhì)跨細菌外膜轉運的細菌細胞表面蛋白展示技術(shù)為基礎的生物工程產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)(如疫苗開(kāi)發(fā)等)。

擬使用的研究方法包括蛋白質(zhì)跨膜轉運離體重組系統(versatile in vitro reconstitution system for beta-barrel outer membrane proteins)、蛋白質(zhì)定點(diǎn)光交聯(lián)技術(shù)(site-specific photo-cross-linking)、蛋白質(zhì)的離體合成技術(shù)(in vitro protein transcription/translation system)及相關(guān)的分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、生物工程及分析化學(xué)與化工、天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)等。

        目前課題組有助研1名,博士研究生1,碩士研究生2,擬聘助研(具博士學(xué)位)1名,有意者請與本課題組聯(lián)系。
        2019年招收推免碩士一名。
